Q:        What are the payment terms?

A:         La Maison d’Antiques prefers MasterCard, Visa, DiscoverCard, but we do accept American Express, Certified checks, or wire transfers.  We should receive payment before shipping.

Q:        Are the pieces shown on La Maison d’Antiques website authentic

A:        We acquire our pieces from dealer’s auctions and estates purchases.  We are pretty sure that our descriptions are quite accurate.

Q:        Do you have a catalog?

A:        Each item is different and by the time we try to print the picture of the piece, it would probably have been sold.  If you want to see the pieces, please come to our showrooms in Greenville, South Carolina.

Q:        What happens if I change my mind after I bought an item?

A:        All pieces are sold as is.  If you are unhappy with your piece when you receive delivery and wish to return it, you must ship it back to us at your cost, and pay a re-stocking fee.  Afterwards, we will give you an in-store credit.

Q:        Do you have a Privacy Policy?

A:        Yes, we do.  Your information will never be sold or shared.  Our business is just between us.  If you choose to be in our mailing list, we will notify you of new shipments and other special deals.
